Tasting notes:
Nose: Dusty on the nose with hints of creme Brulé leading into fall spice with a short finish.
Pallet: Creme Brule carries over onto the pallet very well with a welcoming medium finish. Slight hints of hazelnut toward the back of the pallet.

Every hour on the hour running from 12-5pm, enjoy an eerily informative tour of our distillery. Learn about the lore of our property formerly known as Ghost Hill Ranch that is the namesake of our bourbon, and discuss the process of mashing, fermenting, and distilling as you walk amongst our state-of-the-art equipment. A spirits seance and tasting follows. Reserve your spot online!
LIVE MUSIC 6-8PM
A fine ensemble of Texas musicians performs The Dark side of the Moon in its entirety, followed by a variety of Pink Floyd favorites. Don’t miss this rare Halloween performance.
COSTUME CONTEST 4PM
We're dying to see your creepy and clever Halloween costumes, adults, children and pets included. Meet by the live music stage at 4pm to enter. Prizes will be awarded to the most spooktacular!
SPOOKY SPECIALS
If you’re craving something savory, try these specials at Alice’s Restaurant: chili and cornbread, or black empanada with pumpkin filling. For something sweet grab a s'mores kit to roast over the fire pit. To drink, try a special Halloween mulled cider with choice of bourbon, or a Bad Juju with Waterloo No.9 Gin, and a blueberry, juniper, and lavender simple syrup.
