Treaty Oak was founded in 2006 by Daniel Barnes. He has since led our talented team of rebels with a clear cause – to produce only the best and purposefully break from convention in order to create something new, or even curious. This year we arecelebrating 12 years of exploring, evolving and making damn good spirits!

Join us at the Distillery Saturday, October 20 for a day of live music, the grand opening of the Treaty Oak Cocktail Lab, the launch of our Whiskey's and Bourbon and so much more. A portion of the days proceeds will be donated to support the Texas Flood Victims.

Whiskey Launch

In preparation for our U.S. expansion, we worked to refresh the look and feel of not only the Treaty Oak logo but also the bottles and labels of our spirit portfolio. The whiskey portfolio now features a paint-dipped background that highlights color and texture with a classic design. Come enjoy a complimentary tasting and distillery tour, and grab your bottles from our newly renovated bottle shop!

Alice’s Restaurant

Our talented culinary team is constantly developing new plates and are in pursuit of furthering their understanding of flavors.

On Saturday, we are excited to share with you our new Fall Menu at Alice's Restaurant. Inspired by the world around us, patrons can expect a menu dedicated to using locally sourced ingredients that tell a truly unique Texas story. Order at the counter from one of our team members, then enjoy table side service in relaxed Treaty Oak fashion!

BBQ lovers, have no fear: Our signature BBQ will be served exclusively out of our onsite food truck from 12-6pm. 

Grand Opening of the Treaty Oak Cocktail Lab

Doors open at 3 p.m., Ages 21 and up

The Cocktail Lab is a new, unique space on the Treaty Oak property that marries the art of science, nature and the Treaty Oak unbound spirit lineup. Patrons can expect an elevated cocktail experience unlike any other. A thoughtfully curated cocktail menu, classic hip hop jams and a natural sensory experience awaits.

Space is limited to 34 guests at a time, and is seated at a first come first serve basis.
