You will sample from five of our Treaty Oak Ghost Hill Texas Bourbon barrels while we discuss the unique factors that result in subtle variation from barrel to barrel. Once you’ve chosen your favorite, you will be able to wax dip your very own custom bottle of cask strength Ghost Hill labeled with the proof, bottling date, and barrel number to take home. Experience includes an Alice’s BBQ plate!

Learn all you need to know about cooking the perfect brisket every time! Our pitmasters will walk you through every step of the cooking process, and show you how to select your meat, trim, inject, season, and set timelines. You’ll learn about cooking on smokers and grills, wood selection, slicing and common mistakes. Sample our brisket during the class and take home a bottle of our house made Bourbon BBQ Sauce!

COCKTAIL CLASS
CRAFT YOUR OWN COCKTAILS
Whether you are new to making cocktails, or have some party hosting experience, this class covers it all! We will begin by identifying essential bar tools, then share the history of three classic cocktails and how to make them. This course explores how to elevate your cocktail with fresh herbs, flowers, fruits, and vegetables from your own garden, or local farmers market. We will discuss how to prepare simple syrups, liqueurs, infusions, and garnishes. In addition, you will learn how different flavors pair with certain spirits, and ways to add your unique style to a cocktail. This experience will last between one to two hours.
