Mint Julep

  • 2 oz Red-Handed Bourbon
  • ¾ oz Mint simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 4-5 sprigs Fresh mint

In a julep style glass, add crushed ice to the top and add Red Handed Bourbon. Top with mint syrup. Garnish with mint and serve.

Mint Simple Syrup – Add one cup sugar to one cup water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, then add roughly ½ oz of mint (one bunch). Let stand for 15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool prior to adding to cocktails.
